Sheltech has launched its most recent hotel under their brand, Platinum Hotels. The new hotel, Platinum Grand, is situated in Banani within close proximity to their first hotel, Platinum Suites. 

Platinum Grand is a 14 storied, 50-room hotel with double basement parking. The hotel features all the facilities including a rooftop swimming pool, spa, fitness centre and an all-day diner. 

The Platinum Hotels chain by Sheltech, which started its journey with Platinum Suites in 2008, went on to launch its second hotel, Platinum Residence, in 2012.  Now, with its third unit named Platinum Grand, the chain boasts a total of 104 rooms, 5 restaurants and 1 banquet hall. Apart from these three properties, Platinum Hotels has its premises located at Nikunjo to run its back office operations.
