Chef’s Table: let your food craving take control

Six partners, working together for 40 years of and becoming one big family in the process, came up with the concept of Chef’s Table — one food court with the biggest names of the country’s culinary scene under one roof!

Any group with more than one person is likely to want a variety of options, thus 24 outlets to be precise, comprise Chef’s Table, and so we love it! What’s more, the entire place will be open for sehri and iftar, from the very first day of Ramadan!

When every calorie counts, Lean Nation and Greens & Seeds will help you maintain a balanced and healthy diet. Their meals prepared according to calorie content are surprisingly reasonably priced, and are simply delicious.

“I really appreciate the pricing mechanism of Greens & Seeds; they allow me to try out a little bit of everything at a very reasonable price,” says Fahim, a regular.

The location in Gulshan, and the new spread in Dhanmondi, make Chef’s Table convenient for many officegoers and students.

“I always stop by Emerald Bakery before heading out for work to catch a quick cup of coffee,” says Abdullah, who works 10 minutes away from the Gulshan outlet. “Sometimes I get there early and pamper myself to their filling breakfast. You just can’t say no to that mouth-watering plate of English breakfast,” he continued.

Emerald Bakery’s wooden wall also allows privacy to patrons.

For a quick bite, Mad Chef, Hakka Dhaka, and Crack Shack is worth the try. Mad Chef and Hakka Dhaka have well curated set menus.

Crack Shack is ideal for finger food as their crispy chicken and fries are o die for. You can now add rice to your meal too.

Comfort food can mean sweets to some and savoury to others-- a hot bowl of Ramen or soup, a plate of sushi, or cake!

“What I love about Kiyoshi’s sushi is that the chefs steam it so well that it doesn’t smell one bit. The sushi is soft and flavourful and has the perfect amount of chewiness,” says Silony, who claims to be a ‘sushi-addict.’

For a hearty bowl of Ramen, I Love My Home is the place— the chefs truly love their home and serve top quality authentic Chinese cuisine.

For the sweet cravings, Club Gelato offers a good range of icy creamy goodness.

Traditional festive food sparks joy in most of us, and ‘Shaad Tehari Ghor’ is the best place to experience the scrumptious tehari. There are also Tarka, Bhoj Company and Taste of Lanka for those ‘deshi’ cravings.

In just about a year, Chef’s Table has become one of Dhaka’s beloved hangout spots. Whether it is a happy, sad or a hangry day for you, Chef’s Table will feel like home.
