Goodies from Cook's Palette

Nothing was planned. It came almost instinctively. Since she was a child, she saw her mother as a culinary enthusiast, collecting recipes and experimenting to make foods of different sorts. Aziza Ahmed Paula, the owner of Cook's Palette -- an online bakery on Facebook -- most likely picked up her gastronomic passion from her mother. 

When she became a mother herself, the fervour grew even stronger. "I tried to curb my child's diet to homemade food as much as I could," she says. "And I also tried out various recipes to satisfy my child's palette." 

Whenever she made something special, she posted them on Facebook. "My friends loved what they saw, and eventually orders started coming in," she informs. 

Paula never thought she would turn her hobby into a business. Indeed, she was always thinking of having her own café -- about the décor, menu, et al. But it was not something she thought she would act upon. 

Then one fine morning, absolutely out of the blue, she opened a Facebook page just for the sake of it. And that was the start. 
One of the things her online shop focuses on is seasonal goodies. "Every season has its own offerings and charms that help you to stay fit and well. I enjoy making food from what nature has to offer," she asserts. Aziza prepares seasonal delicacies and tries to fit it to her clients' needs and tastes. The final goodies are also hand packaged with exclusive and pretty jute materials. Cook's Palette worships nature and wants to avail the very best from it and delivers to your doorstep.  

Cook's Palette offers a wide range of goodies from the usual cakes, cookies, cup cakes and brownies to jam, jelly, marmalade and sauces. So her bakery has a much broader range than the usual. Every jam has a low sugar and sugarless version, without any artificial sugar or pectin added. All the jams are family recipes, which the owner Aziza learned  from her mother and aunts.
