Biman to resume Dhaka-Bangkok flights from Dec 2

Biman Bangladesh Airlines will resume flights on the Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka route from December 2.
Initially, the national flag carrier will operate two weekly flights to the popular tourist destination, Biman said in a press release.
From Dhaka, a Biman flight will leave for Bangkok at 11:30am (local time) every Thursday and Sunday.
The flight will depart Bangkok for Dhaka the same day at 4:15pm (local time).
Passengers will be able to travel to Bangkok at least 14 days after receiving full dose of Covid-19 vaccine, approved by the Thai authorities.
"Thailand Pass" is required through registration from the website: https://tp.consular.go.th.
Passengers must carry Covid-19 negative certificate. Tests must be done maximum 72 hours before flight.
After reaching Bangkok, a passenger will have to undergo Covid-19 test again. Passengers will be able to visit designated tourist destinations if the Covid-19 test results are negative.
Passengers are not required to stay in hotel quarantine but must stay seven days within the sandbox area (designated tourist centres) under the "Sandbox Program" prescribed by the Thai authorities.
They will need to make a seven-day reservation (eight-day reservation when arriving after 6pm local time) at SHA+ Hotels, recognised by the Thailand Tourism Authority in the sandbox area.
Also, passengers traveling to Thailand must have insurance coverage of USD 50,000.
Regular flights on Dhaka-Bangkok route remained suspended since April last year due to Covid-19 pandemic.
