How to Cope with the EXAM STRESS

Yes, it's already the 'final exams' season and tension is rising high. With life choices and stress jamming up our heads, it's becoming hard for us to concentrate. This is where I come in with my “expert” advice.
Ravaging the Suggestions:
“Suggestions”, as we know it, is a piece of paper which becomes your best friend during exams. If you don't have one, I think you should get it from someone you can actually trust. DON'T take suggestions from “friends” who would rather watch you fail. Your choice of the suggestions sheet can be the difference between passing and failing. One wrong move and you'll end up washing dishes in CP. Go through everything in the suggestion sheets. If you're too lazy to do that much then you deserve to fail.

Keep a Cool Head:
I know it's hard with everyone asking “prep kemon?”, but just lock yourself inside your room and don't touch your phone. Keeping a cool head is really helpful, as you don't have to frantically read the same things over and over.
The Horlicks Therapy:
This might sound ridiculous but try it. I don't know whether there's something in the ingredients or whether the motivation I get is from good marketing, but it really does seem to make you “sharper” in the holistic sense. I don't recommend Bournvita though. It doesn't work as well.
Take Advantage of the 'Oborodh':
It's raining 'oborodh' and instead of sleeping them out, you can catch up with your study. It'll help you heaps. Just shut everything and everyone out and keep studying until you know it's enough to hold you back for a few days and hopefully keep you stress free. If you are in a school where you don't get the 'oborodh' off, then you are just unlucky.
Take a Break:
Taking breaks may be old, but you don't know how useful it is until you take yourself out of the demanding world of education and just chill. Take rest for maybe half an hour or so, hang around, go online, eat and do whatever you like that you think will keep you cool. You'll feel tons lighter afterwards. This will help you focus and concentrate more.
Play Badminton:
Winter is here and so badminton has arrived already. You'll see courts made up everywhere and people who should be working, playing until midnight. I suggest going to a court and playing some hardcore badminton. That'll get you recharged. If you don't have a court you can just drag a friend out and play some light 'tuka-tuki'.
The above mentioned ways are usually my personal mantras. They can either get you a handful of 'A+'s like me or will make you get a lot of 'F's. Give them a shot and try not to waste too much time staring at the wall, though I admit it is really interesting. Just keep in mind that there is freedom on the other side of exams.
