Provide land or a flat to the SAFF champions: Omar Sani

Yesterday, the Bangladesh women's football team, winners of the SAFF Women's Championship 2022, were welcomed back home with a grand reception. The entire country, including Omar Sani, celebrated the open-top bus parade of the champions.

Dhallywood actor Omar Sani posted a status on Facebook, suggesting that some form of accommodation should be provided to SAFF Women's champions.

"I am super proud of the Bangladesh women's football team for winning the SAFF Women's Championship 2022. I would request the Honourable Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina to provide either some land or a flat to the champions, so they can live peacefully with their families," said the actor.

"This kind of initiative will encourage the future generation to actively participate in sports. We have seen many lecherous people illegally accumulating expensive cars and houses in the heart of our city. I really hope that you will accept my ardent plea and help these young women fulfill their dream," concluded the post addressing the Prime Minister.
