‘Jongli’ releasing in 40 theatres across three countries

After winning over the local audience, Siam Ahmed starrer "Jongli" will be released across 40 theatres in Canada, the USA, and the UK on April 25. Presented by Swapna Scarecrow, this film will have the widest international release among all Eid films this year, according to a press note.
In its opening week, "Jongli" will screen in 5 theatres across Canada, 28 in the United States, and 7 in the United Kingdom. In the UK, the release is a joint presentation by Swapno Scarecrow and Reverie Films.
The first week include hall list includes Canada's Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, Windsor, while in the United States the film will be screened in the states like New York City, Buffalo, Detroit, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Atlantic City, Kansas City. Similarly, in the United Kingdom the film will be released in London, Birmingham, Wembley, Luton, and Feltham.
Mohammad Oliullah Sajib, President of Swapna Scarecrow, stated, "Around this time of year, there's heavy competition from Hollywood and Bollywood in the global market. However, if 'Jongli' gets off to a strong start, we're hopeful it will retain many of these screens into the second week. There's even a possibility of securing new screens with another major chain, Cinemark (USA)."
Directed by M Raahim and produced by Tiger Media and MIB Studios, the film also stars child artiste Noirita alongside Shobnon Bubly and Prarthana Fardin Dighi.
