'E Desh Tomar Amar', featuring Zayed Khan, releases tomorrow

The F I Manik directorial film, "E Desh Tomar Amar" is set to release tomorrow theatrically, confirms actor and General Secretary of Bangladesh Film Artiste Association (BFAA), Zayed Khan to The Daily Star.

The production features popular actors Zayed Khan and Rumana Khan in lead. "Its great news that the film is finally being released," smiles Zayed Khan. "We finished shooting for this film quite a few years back."

Noted actor Monowar Hossain Dipjol will also be seen in an important character in the production.

The film, which also casts late artistes Miju Ahmed and Parveen Sultana Diti, were shot before they unfortunately passed away.

"It really saddens me that Diti ma'am and Miju sir are not with us anymore," adds the artiste. "They were both marvellous actors and it was an experience worth treasuring."

 "This film has an excellent script, and I hope the audience are drawn to the cinema halls for it," concludes F I Manik.
