Elina's double

Elina Sultana and Ayan Ibne Zaman clinched the titles in women's and men's singles of the Rupali Bank 33rd National Badminton Championship which concluded in Sylhet yesterday.

Elina beat holder Shapla Khatun in 3-2 sets in women's singles final while Ayman beat Enamul in 3-2 sets in men's singles final.

It was double delight for Elina, who pairing up with Shapla of Narayanganj, won the women's doubles title after handing the pair of Bangladesh Army a 3-1 sets defeat. Elina, also pairing up with Enayetullah Khan, became runners-up in mixed doubles.

Shyamol and Khaled pair of Sylhet clinched men's doubles title beating their teammates Tagor and Joynal in 3-2 sets.
