Desperately seeking!

On a hot Wednesday morning, Abrar made a trip from his home in Savar to a shopping mall in Dhanmondi, just to collect two tickets for today's marquee clash between India and Pakistan. Abrar mentions how he saw the posting on a facebook group and immediately made the call.
The desperation to get the golden pass for the opening match of the Super 10 stage and perhaps the most hyped-up match of the tournament, has been as immense as the hype for the match itself.
 And the sellers are taking full advantage of people's desperation; an eastern gallery ticket worth 50 taka is going for as high as 2000 taka.
Some of the ticket listings on online shopping sites are asking  for the interested party to send messages privately or call to negotiate the price away from the public's view or keep hold of them for as long as possible, just to shoot the price to an astronomical level.
Be assured that the ones who have not yet managed a ticket will be scouring in front of the gates in Mirpur and there will be plenty of prying sellers hoping to make a small fortune.
