A young man was crushed to death under the wheels of a running train in Joypurhat town yesterday.
The deceased, Abu Hossain, 32, son of Asad Mia of Veti village in Joypurhat Sadar upazila, was owner of a makeshift tea stall at Purba Bazar in the town.

Quoting witnesses, police said the accident occurred when Khulna-bound Rupsa Express train hit Abu while he was crossing the rail tracks in Sagarpara area yesterday noon, leaving him dead on the spot.
