Acting on a tip-off, a team of Wildlife Crime Control Unit of Bangladesh Forest Department captured Md Shaban Ali along with 28 mynas and two parrots stuffed in two bags around 12:30pm, Ashim Mallick, the unit inspector who led the raid, told the Daily Star.

Shaban used to collect birds from different parts in Mymensingh and supply those to his clients, the inspector said.
