Combating coronavirus: Army to strictly monitor govt directives being followed
Army will take stern actions against those violating government's directions on physical distancing to combat the spread of coronavirus.
Inter Services Public Relations in a press statement today said army will strictly enforce physical distancing and home quarantine (for those required) across the country as part of its assistance to local administration.
On March 23, the government announced closure of all public and private offices from March 26 to April 4 as part of its efforts to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus. Today the government extended the closure up to April 11.
