Death anniversary

The 21st death anniversary of ATM Walie Ashraf, a freedom fighter and ex-MP, was observed yesterday.

A milad and doa mahfil was held at his residence in the capital's Kamlapur. He was a journalist at BBC and founder editor of Bangla weekly Janomot in the UK.
