52 Bangladeshis return from Nepal

A total of 52 Bangladeshi citizens, who were stranded in Nepal due to suspension of regular flights after a surge of Covid-19 in the state, returned home yesterday by a special flight.

"Carrying the Bangladeshis, a chartered flight of Himalaya Airlines landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at around 3pm," said Fakhrul Alam, assistant director of Probashi Kalyan Desk at the airport. All 52 passengers were sent to 14-days quarantine in the city.
