Four of family hurt in gas pipeline explosion in Khulna

Four members of a family, including a policeman, suffered burn injuries in a gas pipeline explosion at Mojgani in Khulna city yesterday.

The policeman Atiur Rahman -- constable of Khalishpur Police Station -- and his family members are undergoing treatment at Khulna Medical College Hospital. Locals said the gas pipeline exploded when Atiur's wife was cooking in the kitchen.
