Bangladesh High Commissioner to India Syed Muazzem Ali on Wednesday called on Himachal Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh at his office at Shimla.

During the meeting, the envoy handed to the CM a copy of the Hindi translation of Bangabandhu's Unfinished Memoirs.

Receiving the book, Singh paid tribute to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman describing him as an outstanding leader. He also praised Bangladesh's socio economic development under leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
