Sixteen young leaders from trade unions have completed a three-month training course on various issues including labour policies, workers' rights and leadership skills in Dhaka.
They were given certificates at a ceremony in a Dhaka hotel on Saturday.

The leaders from the country's RMG, construction and transport sectors, and the government services like postal and telecommunications participated in the training under a programme, “Academy of Work”.
Bangladesh Institute of Labour Studies (BILS), Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) and Brac Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD) launched the training in April this year.
