NSU signs MoU with University of Adelaide

North South University (NSU) and University of Adelaide (UoA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) under which a dual master's degree in development studies will be offered.

The MoU was signed in New Delhi on March 22.

Senior officials and faculty members from both universities attended the signing ceremony, including Prof Atiqul Islam, vice-chancellor of NSU, and Prof Peter Høj AC, vice-chancellor of the University of Adelaide.

In his remarks, Prof Islam emphasised that the partnership would provide NSU students and faculty members valuable opportunities to engage with a leading international institution and expand their academic horizons. Prof Høj said the move would promote a deeper understanding of the cultures of the two countries and contribute to the development of higher education in Bangladesh and Australia.
