8th Shah Cement-AKS Cup Golf Tournament held at Kurmitola Golf Club

The 8th Shah Cement-AKS Cup Golf Tournament successfully concluded on 27th January 2023 followed by the prize-giving ceremony at Kurmitola Golf Club. Lieutenant General Md Akbar Hossain, SBP, BSP, SUP (BAR), afwc, psc, G+, Phd, Commandant, National Defense College was the Chief Guest. Executive Director of Abul Khair Group Brigadier General Shahidullah Chowdhury, ndc (Retd), on behalf of Abul Khair Group attended the closing ceremony. Approx 650 golfers participated in this tournament from all clubs of the country including foreigners. Brigadier General Md Shawkat Osman, afwc, psc, Club Captain, Kurmitola Golf Club, Brigadier General Abidur Reza Khan (Retd), Chairman, Tournament Committee, Kurmitola Golf Club, all the executive Committee members, Colonel Md Shahidul Haque (Retd), Chief Executive Officer, Kurmitola Golf Club, Lieutenant Colonel Abu Md Sayedur Rahman (Retd), General Manager, Club Affairs, Kurmitola Golf Club, Lieutenant Colonel Md Anwar Hossain (Retd), General Manager, Golf Operations, Kurmitola Golf Club and other members of the Abul Khair Group and high Civil and Military officials were also present in the inaugural ceremony.
