New committee of Bangladesh Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong formed

Bangladesh Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong (BMCCHK) was established in 2016. The new committee for 2021-2023 was formed on July 5 through an election covering 11 portfolios.

The new committee in Hong Kong has taken the responsibilities on July 15 through a ceremony, according to a press release.

The outgoing president Fazle Azim introduced the all-new executive committee members to the general members.

Dewan Saiful Islam Masud has become the new president and Rashidul Abedin is the new general secretary. Jamshed Hafiz and S.M. Mohiuddin are vice presidents 1 and 2 respectively. Sheikh Razif Ahmed is the treasurer. Dr M. Abu Saleque, M. Humiun Kabir, M. Zafar Ali, Hossain M. Mosharof, M. Mozammel H Chowdhury and M. Nahidul Islam Azmal are the executive members.

The outgoing president has paid his thanks to all the members. He believes that the new EC will take the Chamber to a new height.

The general members have congratulated the new EC. The new president and general secretary both have mentioned the current pandemic situation and the challenges to everyone's life.

BMCCHK aims to initiate some activities to overcome this testing time.

The new EC will be focusing in bridging the IT and business together to overcome the challenges.
