BDCOM Online Limited announced 10 percent dividends, including a 5 percent cash dividend, for the year that ended on June 30, 2024.
The announcement came at the Dhaka-based internet service provider's 28th annual general meeting (AGM), which was held virtually on Tuesday, said a press conference.

The shareholders approved audited financial statements, auditors report and directors' report thereon for the year in the AGM.
Air Vice Marshal (retd) Muhammad Nazrul Islam, managing director of the company, along with directors, chief financial officer, independent director and a large number of shareholders joined the meeting.
