Akij Group's new marketing adviser

Tariq Anam Khan, a distinguished marketing specialist, has joined Akij Group as marketing adviser, the group said in a statement yesterday.

Khan will oversee and advise various enterprises of the group in the areas of brand development, marketing communication and sales and distribution, according to the statement.

He will be the spokesperson for Akij Group, the group said. Khan started his marketing career in 1985 with the launch of his advertising agency Adshop.
