3-day WIL FEST marking Int’l Women’s Day in Dhaka

Women in Leadership(WIL) for the first time has arranged a three-day fest in order to mark the International Women’s Day in the coming month.

Presented by Freedom Sanitary Napkin and organised by Bangladesh Brand Forum, the first ever WIL FEST will take place at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy on 8-10 March, a press release says.

The three-day program themed as “Owning & Visibility” will be divided into several sections including Women Leadership Summit, Inspiring Women Award, Freedom of Choice Exhibition, Startup Talk, the press release adds.

“Through emotional intelligence, women own themselves and therefore they are visible from family to nation building. That makes them strong to be the pillar of our society. WIL Fest looks forward to bring all the inspiring women under one roof and show path to the rest and younger ones” the President of Women in Leadership (WIL) Nazia Andaleeb Preema said during a press conference today, arranged to announce the WIL FEST 2018.

Each component of the fest will be held simultaneously throughout the three-day long fest after the opening at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 8, 2018. The fest will be open for all and there is no entry fee required, the press release added.
