Arambagh climb to 2nd

Arambagh KS moved to second spot in the Premier Bank Bangladesh Championship League with a 2-1 win over Wari Club at the Birshreshtha Shaheed Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur yesterday.
Arambagh went ahead in the 19th minute after Wari suffered an own goal before Arif doubled the lead in the 54th minute. Palash pulled one goal back in the 66th minute but could not avert Wari's fourth defeat in 10 matches.
Arambagh now have 15 points from 11 matches, nine points behind leaders Rahmatganj MFS, who have a match in hand.
