44 detained from Kalabagan

Police detained 44 people raiding Kalabagan area in the capital early today.

The drive was made to pick up people who had suspected link with anarchy and vandalism, reports our correspondent quoting Md Iqbal, officer-in-charge (OC) of Kalabagan Police Station.

The raid, which began around midnight at Johnson Road, ended around 5:00am, the OC added.
