No cell phone in CHT

It's a matter of regret that the CHT (Khagrachari, Rangamati and Bhandarban) people cannot use the mobile phone. All Bangladeshis use it but we are deprived of mobile phone. Isn't it a kind of discrimination? I believe the government will take the necessary steps immediately to introduce mobile for the CHT people.
