Seminar on building security

Speakers at a seminar called for appropriate security measures in multi-storied buildings to prevent crimes.

They also suggested installing CCTV, access control system, burglar alarm, motion sensor and panic alarm with a round-the-clock central monitoring system to step up security for high-rise buildings.

The Securex Pvt. Ltd. organised the seminar on 'Modern concept of apartment and multistoried building security' in the city recently. Members of the Real Estate Association of Bangladesh (Rehab) and apartment owners attended the seminar.

Group Captain (retd.) ATMA Quddus, managing director of the Securex and president of Bangladesh Professional Security Service Providers' Association spoke at the seminar.
