85.95% students passed 2022 HSC and equivalent exams

A total of 85.95 percent students passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations across the country.

The pass rate of HSC is 84.31 percent, madrasa examinations 92.56 percent and vocational exams 94.41 percent.

The pass rate in Dhaka is 87.83 percent, Chattogram 80.5 percent, Rajshahi 81.6 percent, Cumilla 90.72 percent, Jashore 83.95 percent, Barishal 86.95 percent, Sylhet 81.4 percent, Dinajpur 79.08 percent, and Mymensingh 80.32 percent, according to the nine educational board results.

Among the candidates, 62,421 students scored GPA-5 in Dhaka Board, 12,670 in Chattogram, 14,991 in Cumilla, 7,386 in Barishal, 4,871 in Sylhet, 11,830 in Dinajpur, 18,703 in Jashore, 21,855 in Rajshahi and 5,028 in Mymensingh.
