Country’s first-ever drone show lit up the Dhaka sky over Hatirjheel on Thursday, March 31. The drone, aerial and fireworks shows were organised by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, to celebrate the golden jubilee of the country's independence. Noted musicians also performed in the Hatirjheel Amphitheater. The event drew a modest audience and ended up causing a long tailback of slow-moving traffic along the Hatirjheel circuit.
