Demonstrate 2020 focuses on mental health
Youth organisation Engage recently introduced an online contest, Demonstrate 2020, focusing on mental health. The competition is open for everyone studying in the third grade and above.
"The monotony and solitude of a quiet life are what stimulates a creative mind. Demonstrate is a platform, where creative people can showcase their ideas," shared Fida Bin Shahnowaz, Founder & President.
Engage was founded to fight mental health stigmas and develop skills through youth engagement. In these difficult times, they arranged another online fest, the Quarantine Productive Fest, where more than 1,000 people participated with the motto, 'Fighting against the mental health stigmas of the youth and to empower the youth through youth engagement.'
