Untimely heavy rainfall adds to suffering of public

Cyclone Jawad has weakened and changed into a deep depression in the West-Central Bay of Bengal. As a result of the non-seasonal heavy rains, Dhaka's roads have been submerged. On the roads, public transport was sparse today, and office-going people and students had to suffer for it.
