The United States government has issued an executive order on account of "Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption", imposing property and visa sanctions on Benazir Ahmed, former Director General of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) and current Inspector General of Police, along with six former and current high officials of the force.
