Ban v SL: Play halted due to bad light
The second day's play of the first Test between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy today has been delayed due to bad lights just a few overs after the Tea break.
With dark clouds hovering over the stadium, umpires checked the lighting before deciding to walk off the pitch and the play was halted due to bad lights.
After 155 overs, Bangladesh are at 474 for four with Mushfiqur Rahim unbeaten on 43 and Liton Das on 25.
Earlier, the day's play was stopped for around seven minutes due to light drizzle shortly after the Tea break.
