Looking for Alaska 

Looking for Alaska is a teen-drama miniseries, adapted from the eponymous John Green novel. It was created by Josh Schwartz, produced under the banner of Temple Hill Productions, Fake Empire Productions and Paramount Television, and stars Charlie Plummer, Kristine Froseth and Denny Love, among others. The story follows the life of Miles, who, on the arrival at a new boarding school, falls in love with an intriguing student. The series was first aired on Hulu on October 18, 2019.

Laal Kaptaan

Laal Kaptaan is a Hindi-language drama and action film, starring Saif Ali Khan, Manav Vij and Zoya Hussain. The film has been written and directed by Navdeep Singh, and produced by Colour Yellow Productions and Eros International. The plot follows the life of a bounty hunter, and is set in the late 18th century. It was originally released on October 18, 2019.

Castle Rock

Castle Rock is a horror standalone series, with its second season aired on October 23, 2019 on Hulu. The show was created by Sam Shaw and Dustin Thomason, produced by Robin Sweet, Tamara Isaac and Scott Brown, and stars Lizzy Caplan, Paul Sparks and Barkhad Abdi, among others in the second season. The storyline, which is based on Stephen King’s novel of the same name, follows the peculiar and horrifying lives of the inhabitants of Castle Rock, a fictional town in Maine.

Saand Ki Aankh

Saand Ki Aankh is an Indian biographical drama. It has been directed by Tushar Hiranandani, produced by Anurag Kashyap alongside Reliance Entertainment and Nidhi Parmar, and stars Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar, among others. The film revolves around two women in their 60s, who serve as an inspiration to women with their sharpshooting skills. It was released on October 25, 2019.

Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan

Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan is an action series, created by Carlton Cuse and Graham Roland, produced by Nazrin Choudhury, José Luis Ecolar and Robert Phillips, and stars John Krasinski, Wendell Pierce and Abbie Cornish, among others. The plot, which is based on characters by Tom Clancy, follows a CIA analyst, who finds himself in a compromising field assignment, where he discovers terrorist communication patterns. The second season was aired on October 31, 2019 on Prime Video.
