NLSM launches football developmental academy in Bangladesh

Next Level Sports Management (NLSM) is a sports agency and developmental academy in Bangladesh, launched on February 1, 2021. The Stadium, Bashundhara will be their home training facility, however the games will be played in a standard 11 vs 11 field.

NLSM's primary goal is to transform the landscape of football development in Bangladesh by shaping young athletes with a professional mindset, nutrition and training from an early age, eventually connecting them with colleges and professional clubs domestically and internationally.

One of the biggest pain points of Bangladesh football is the nonexistence of a well structured roadmap towards creating elite athletes. The Co-Founders of NLSM, Sharan Khan and Shayer Khan, have lived through the entire process of collegiate athletics in the USA by achieving a high athletic and academic scholarship at a very young age. Their vision along with the full team of NLSM is to encourage football in Bangladesh, and to show that there are opportunities to play beyond high-school, while explaining the balance and discipline life of a student athlete.

The founding team of NLSM are strong individuals with extensive background in recruitment, coaching, training, software development and marketing. The goal is to provide exposure for home talents on international grounds along with a strong focus on women's development in football.

NLSM coaches are AFC licensed holding BFF A, B & C certificates. The academy has its own certified nutritionist, strength and conditioning coach, physiotherapist and foreign advisors including Rudy Roediger, from Oakland University, USA, and Marco Milakovic (UEFA A License) from the FC North Toronto Nitros, Canada.

NLSM aims to utilize its connections with international universities, football academies and agencies to successfully carve out a potential career move for every registered athlete.
