- In Sector No. 8, Muktibahini get engaged in a conflict with Pakistan forces at a place called Alipur. 5 Pakistan soldiers are killed and several are injured in this fight. On the other hand, one valiant freedom fighter became martyr.

-  In Sector No. 8, Muktibahini charge a fierce attack on Razakars at a place called Terail. 16 Razakars are held by the freedom fighters in the assault. Freedom fighters also seize 16 rifles, 11 bayonets, and some ammunition.

-  Muktibahini  lead a fierce attack on Pakistan Army base at Borolekha in Sylhet. 15 Pakistan soldiers are killed in this assault and freedom fighters seize ample weapons and ammunitions.

-  In Sector No. 7, Muktibahini made an ambush on a train carrying Pakistan troops near Kurigram. 8 compartments of the train carrying troops are destroyed in land mine explosion during the ambush, in which 8 Pakistan soldiers including an officer are killed. In a separate incident, Muktibahini ambush on a Pakistan Army car carrying troops on its way from Kurigram to Chilmari. 3 Pakistan soldiers including the driver and 3 Razakars are killed in the ambush.
