4 policemen injured in road crash

Four policemen were injured as a pickup van carrying them collided head-on with a Leguna at Shimrail in Siddhirganj of Narayanganj city yesterday.

The injured police personnel were on the pickup. They are Siddhirganaj Police Station Sub-Inspector Md Nasiruddin and constables Hasmat Ali, Abul Kalam and Mohammad Ali.

Officer-in-Charge of the station Abdus Sattar said the pickup van was taking a turn when the incident occurred. The four were admitted to a local clinic.
