Kamol Baroi, the Master Griller of Nando's Bangladesh, will compete against the Master Grillers from all around the world to win the title of Nando's International Grillers' Challenge 2018. Kamol Baroi is this year's Master Griller of Nando's Bangladesh. He competed against the 3 best grillers of Nando's Gulshan 1, Banani and Dhanmondi and won the title for Nando's Gulshan 2. 

Grilling is an art, and to master this art, our grillers need skill, patience and hard work. Nando's has created this platform for its grillers so that they can master this "Art of Grilling". Every year, the best grillers from 2000 Nando's outlets from all over the world compete to show off their grilling skills and are evaluated on certain operational expertise that makes Nando's PERi-PERi Chicken so unique. Marks are set for hygiene, racking and loading grills, perfect flame grill marks, consistent skin colouring, cutting technique as well as tenderness, juiciness and temperature.

The event finale was held in Nando's Gulshan 1 on 1 August, 2018. It was a month-long process to prepare the grillers for Nando's standard operating procedures for the competition. The judges' panel for evaluating the grillers included celebrity judges like singer Bappa Mazumder, famous ramp model Shabnaz Sadia Emi, former Lux Channel i Superstar finalist Ismat Zerin Chaity, Executive Chef- Jed Archdeacon of AMARI Dhaka, as well as special guest such as Ms. Head of Business of MGH Restaurants Private Limited, Swad Chowdhury and Mr. Shahin Mohammed Shamiul Haque, were also present in determining the champion. With the whole kitchen at their disposal, each griller was given only fifteen minutes to prepare and serve their dishes in front of the panel.  After a fierce competition and evaluation by the judges, Kamol Baroi, the talented griller from Nando's Gulshan 2 won the title for this year's Master Griller of Nando's Bangladesh!
