Bijori and Dinar tie the knot

The romance between Bijori Barkatullah and Intekhab Dinar -- both popular faces in TV dramas -- was a ripe topic of discussion in the media over the past couple of months. Their love for each other reached fruition on Pahela Baishakh -- when the couple tied the knot. A small wedding ceremony -- with family members and close ones -- was held at a Dhanmondi restaurant on Pahela Baishakh, a day after the Gaye Holud was held.
Some media personalities were also present at the celebration. Bijori has now moved to Dinar's Uttara residence, while the couple plan to hold their wedding reception on April 19.
Intekhab Dinar said, “We want everyone's blessings.” Bijori Barkatullah said, “Through work, I met Dinar and got to know him better.”
Although this is the first marriage for Dinar, Bijori was earlier married to music director Shawkat Ali Emon, with whom she has a 13 year old daughter named Urbana.
