Rafiqul Haider’s 51st death anniv

Today is the 51st death anniversary of Rafiqul Haider Chowdhury (Eshika), a martyred intellectual.

On this day in 1971, Razakars, the collaborators of the Pakistan Army, picked Rafiqul up from his 921, Shahidbagh residence, took him away blindfolded, and killed him.
