SC again asks govt to provide magistrates with all facilities

The Supreme Court (SC) yesterday again directed the government to provide judicial magistrates with all necessary support staff, vehicles and other requirements.
The full bench of the Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice MM Ruhul Amin also asked the government to submit to this court a report regarding arrangement of manpower, transport and other support for judicial magistrates by November 27.
The apex court passed the order during the hearing of the Masder Hossain case, popularly known as judiciary separation case.
