Obituary

Dr AMA Rahim, former secretary of the government of Bangladesh, passed away due to cardiac arrest at United Hospital in the capital yesterday. He was 76.
Rahim was also economic adviser to the president and managing director of Bangladesh Krishi Bank.
His namaz-e-janaza will be held today after Magrib prayers at Azad Mosque in Gulshan 2. He will be buried at Banani Graveyard.
Rahim left behind his wife, a son and two daughters to mourn his death.
