Save MBBS student Chandan
Chandan Kumar Ghosh, a fifth year MBBS student of Sir Salimullah Medical College, has been suffering from "Idiopathic Interacranial Hypertension," a neurological disorder, since long.
Physicians said Chandan is going to lose his eyesight due to presence of stored water in his brain that creates much pressure inside the brain.
He is now undergoing treatment in Mercury Hospital, Chennai in India. Neurologist Dr Deepak Arjua Das of the hospital said if Chandan's brain surgery is not done within a month, he might be blind permanently.
Hailing from Rajbari, Chandan is a son of a poor family.
