Brazil, Italy move up

Brazil climbed to third place in the latest FIFA world ranking published on Wednesday, knocking Germany off the podium and dropping South American rivals Argentina one place to fifth.
Brazil beat Scotland 2-0 in their last match, a friendly in London on March 27, while World Cup semifinalists Germany fell to a shock 2-1 defeat at home to Australia on March 29.
Argentina's last two friendly games ended in draws -- 1-1 in the United States on March 26 followed by a goalless stalemate with Costa Rica three days later.
Spain continue to lead the rankings from the Netherlands, the team they beat in last July's World Cup final in South Africa, while Italy re-enter the top 10 for the first time in seven months.
Asian champions Japan (13th) are the top team in Asia and World Cup quarterfinalists Ghana (15th) remain the best-ranked African side.
France slipped one place to 19th after four consecutive months in which they climbed in the ranking.
