Environmental training workshop ends
A three-day teacher training programme on environmental issues ended at Presidency University in the city recently, says a press release.
Harvey W Sernovitz, cultural attaché of US Embassy, and Jay Holmes, senior education supervisor of American Museum of Natural History, attended the programme.
Four experts from India and the USA trained 20 teachers from across the country.
The programme, which is part of the 'Four Rivers, One World' project, was jointly organised by Bangladesh Education Resource Network (bEARN) and International Education Resource Network (iEARN).
