The most important festival in the Chinese calendar is around the corner. To celebrate this occasion, InterContinental Dhaka is going to arrange “Chinese Food Festival” at its all-day dining restaurant “Elements” from 10 January to 31 January, 2020.
InterContinental Dhaka will decorate its restaurants “Elements” with Chinese red artifacts that will be installed in the hotel landing to bring a festive look. It will also depict a small China Town inside the restaurant with Chinese lanterns, fans, red couplets with Chinese wishes. You will able to enjoy the ambiance, food and décor of Chinese culture away from China.
Their Chef Reynaldo S. Dulatre is going to present authentic Chinese dishes on the occasion. Chinese signature dishes from dim sum, noodles in soup, Chow Mein and many more will be presented. In the buffet, diners will find Beef Szechuan, Kung pao chicken, beef black pepper, roast duck, prawn ginger and scallions and many more. In the soup section there will be grab and corn soup, aniseed beef tendon. In the live corner beef teppanyaki skewers, lamb cutlet and smoked mashed potato and salmon gravlax can be found.
Dinner price for “Chinese Food Festival” will be Tk 4,500 All Inclusive (Tax & Service Charge), per person. Also, special bank card offers are available for this festival.
