Sorry to say that there cannot be any neutral government. Even in the words of Khaleda Zia, nobody is neutral except the children and the lunatics. An election under a so-called neutral government could be nothing but an imagination.

In any civilised democratic society, the minister would have been charged with child abuse offence. The PM sheds tear at the plight of burnt children and yet a few in her government are responsible for this gross child right violation.

The experience of investigation report in our country is not good at all. Now a days, it has become an instrument to hoodwink people, thus criminals are getting away from their due punishment. This type of approach should be avoided and every action must be transparent.

When in opposition, all parties including AL, beg to the civil society and long for their support. When in power they just do the reverse. There is nothing new in his comment.
