Does Sheikh Hasina know diplomacy? In 1996, there were some experienced ministers in the cabinet of AL. They were vocal against Hasina's naive decisions and speech. After 1/11, those renowned leaders tried to implement minus two, failed and were discarded by her. Now, those leaders are trying hard to satisfy the AL chief. In fact, there is none in AL to protest any decision by Hasina.

Is it really icy diplomacy? Foreign diplomats are staying home instead of going to office; foreign delegates are not coming to Bangladesh. This does not mean the country is isolated diplomatically. It means the lawlessness on the streets of Dhaka and other cities are too much of a risk for them to take. Clearly, the government needs to control the anarchy. What the BNP-Jamaat combine is doing in the name of politics would not be allowed in any civilised country, such as US, UK or Japan.

All these damages to Bangladesh just because of one power hungry psychopathic woman who says she is ready to sacrifice anything including her life for the love of Bangladesh! Who is she kidding?
