Injuries Tom Cruise suffered during ‘Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning’

Renowned action star Tom Cruise continues to amaze audiences worldwide with his daring stunts in the recently released "Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning Part One". 

With each installment of the spy thriller series, Cruise aims to raise the bar and leave his fans on the edge of their seats. However, his commitment to delivering thrilling action comes at a price, as he has experienced multiple injuries throughout the filming of the "Mission: Impossible" films.

According to The Daily Telegraph, here's a rundown of the injuries Cruise endured during the making of M:I7: Torn shoulder while executing a jump across a cliff face at Utah's Dead Horse Point, Two cracked ribs after colliding with the side of a car during a bridge explosion scene, bruised ankle while fleeing from an exploding aquarium, broken ankle while leaping between building roofs.

Despite these challenges, M:I7 is already gaining recognition for its jaw-dropping scenes, including Cruise's bike jump followed by a parachute descent and the intense train sequence that concludes the film. 

Director Christopher McQuarrie has revealed that "Dead Reckoning - Part Two" will push the limits even further, as Cruise seeks to surpass his previous feats.

The incredible stunts have not only thrilled audiences but also had a significant impact on the box-office performance of "Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning - Part One." 

Since its release on July 12, the film has grossed a remarkable $240 million worldwide.
